But in the present day, all works are not too normal if you want to do the job then you have to highly qualify but you cannot get the payment for a living. Everyone want to get a better job. But it’s not so easy because for too competition. You are qualified but a job not enough for your cost. If you doing a simple job it and you think it’s enough for you. The basic reason for leaving job

High cost: you have a good job but not better salary which is enough for you and your family that time you have to get a better job for good living.

Standard living: who don’t want to live well, in present time is too costly because all cost rising day by day so you have to do more earning and live good. And that’s why all are moving in the good earning job. 

Success: normal people who only depend on the job they all are need to promotion which tells their success. As like a man who works for a bank as an assistance manager when he got promotion as a manager that time he is the happiest person on that time. And this is his success.
